We are not responsible for decisions made solely based on automated outputs.

9. Data Protection

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
  • INDIRECT DAMAGES
  • LOST PROFITS
  • DATA LOSS
  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
  • CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Docomate.ai from claims arising from:
  • Your use of the Services
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Infringement of third-party rights
  • Unlawful content uploaded by you

17. Export Compliance

You agree not to use the Services in violation of U.S. export laws or sanctions regulations.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.
You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
If changes are material, we will:

  • Provide notice where required
Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
